Minor issue with IRateRides purchase

A few months ago, I ordered a K&N Cold Air Induction set from www.IRateRides.com. They seemed pretty reputable, but I'm getting a little concerned.
I sent them a couple of emails over the past couple of weeks to find out the status of the K&N backorder and my order. I've gotten NO response from them at all.
Anyone else having this problem with them? I'm debating cancelling my order, but I'd rather not.

cancel the order. i don't think anyone was backorderd for months. maybe 2-3 weeks. u can get one on ebay for under $190 right now.

Here's the latest:
I FINALLY got an email from them stating it was THEIR fault the order got messed up, that I should have gotten it a while ago, and that it would be shipped a few days ago via 2nd-day air, or something. I still don't have it, but expect it shortly.
I'll close this out AFTER I have my blue K&N CAI in hand!

Order cancelled.
For the record, though, I don't really think the problems were with the people at IRateRides.com. Their supplier and K&N miscommunicated what was really going on.
IRR's prices are quite good, gang. They just need to work on getting prompt replies sent out to emails they receive, that's all.

UPDATE:
Got a nice email from them stating I would get a refund through my PayPal account.
Received email last week.
Still no refund showing. (These guys really need to work on customer response times.
)

I was promised a PayPal refund early last week. I've never dealt with an internet company that was so slow... STILL no refund as of 6:15pm EST today.
