It's bumped because the shop "manager" (HA!) was supposed to supposedly fix the situation in January & he commented on my thread (which was made based off of this thread) claiming he would be responding to us & neither of us have gotten a response. Are we surprised? No.

 

I'm not surprised at ALL.
I've left SEVERAL emails and voice mails regarding it, and not 1 return.

Wow considering the caliber that this shop claims that they are at, this should not be happening. Completely unexcuseable. If at any point they felt they could'nt handle the job they should have never tried to tackle it. Sorry you guys are still having issues.

They claim their customer service comes first.....ha what a joke.
