prolly this is just one bad install and happens rarely but one thing for sure that is bad is that they are dont take responsibility of their mistake, theyre not taking care of their customer right.. I dont think they will chime in on this coz all thats gonna happen is just arguement and flame..
I have been a PTUNING customer for years now and they are the only performance shop I trust. They have scions customers that travel from south carolina, new york, etc to get work done. They always have atleast 5 Scions at there shop at all times (including mine right now) and everyone has had a great experience with them.
let me make this clear. i was originally very excited to be taking my tc to p-tuning. viet box was one of the people i met at the autoshow who told me about how good they were. so was blownxa, kanundrum, and that guy with the trd lsd vinyl on the side of his car. as well as breakaway etc. nearly everybody i talked to had good things to say about p-tuning, but this was my personal experience with p-tuning and i'm sad to say that they really seemed to drop the ball on my installation here.
Drax, sorry to hear about your misfortune with ptuning. I truly hope that your issue is resolved in one way or another as soon as possible.
Ptuning is a great shop, and like many people on this thread have said, no business is perfect and this is an unfortunate situation that you are having to deal with.
I have dealt with them for three years now, and I havent had a time where I was unhappy with their products, their work, or their customer service.
For those that are jumping to conclusions and comparing ptuning to zpi, you all have lost your minds.
I sincerely hope that this issue is resolved and that things work out for you.

Drax, i hope you can get your issues resolved in a professional manner.
To the rest of the guys on here knocking heads and overthrowing statements. Dont forget that Drax's post is one side of the story. You do not and will not prob know the entire situation just hearing from one side.
We have always had good luck at P-Tuning and will continue todo so. As mentioned they are a very reputable shop but that does not exempt oneself or a company to make a mistake everyone once and ahwhile. I have confidence that this issue will be resolved and sorry to hear it happened but as with life, Sh*t happens sometimes.

Agreed. This is only one side of the story, so to bash a reputable company who provides scion owners with parts and such is not necessary.
Also, just because they have not yet replied to this thread does not mean they are trying to avoid the situation.
Most of the time, its more professional to stay away from a thread like this to avoid the back and forth stuff. Im sure this will be handled outside of the forums in a professional and legal manner if necessary.
Drax has all the right in the world to post his situation on here for everyone to know about..but no need to bash Ptuning. Am I alone on this one?

P tuning is the best shop to go to period. They are the ones that always correct other shops problems. If you experienced problems with ur transmission you should have brought it right back to them instead of drawing it out. You failed to mention a few things in your long post.
P tuning is a reputable shop that has been open for years, there customer service is awsome. This is the first problemn I have heard and it sounded fishy to me, an upon further research... I know the truth but i am not one to post details on this forum.
