That is possibly Kenny's cousin (I heard) but don't worry they should be good. He's possibly in a similar situation as the zpi customers (I heard). This is all what I heard so not saying it's true but possibly true. That's all I have to say on that for now.

I will say that two and a half inch exhaust sounds awesome on a turbo car. I don't have it but a friend does and I've wanted one since I first heard it.

Are you guys calling the shop or Danny? Some how you need to be contacting Danny, I believe he has a list he is putting together of customers that need to be addresed. I dont however know how you get in touch with him, but I am sure its in this thread somewhere.

Call again and leave your name number and a message and he should get back with you. What all do you need to talk to him about if you spoke with him? There's not much more he can do at this time unless he decides to whip out his checkbook and pay everyone back. I doubt that will happen though... at least not now.

I've been busy attending to actual "Important" business. Besides the two people I cared about Brian "jester" and Paul "etsnet" both have their cars out of the shop. The rest, there is nothing I can do about, and that has to be taken care of by the said parties.

By the way, I would imagine that Turbochargers.com would obviously take the ZPI racing product line off of their website. Why would they keep it, they've got Kenny along with the entire Ex-ZPI Staff there. Why go out for milk when you got the whole Cow....
My point was that you can no longer order a ZPI kit from turbochargers.com as opposed to a week ago when they had a whole section dedicated to ZPI. Whats the point of having the cow if its not producing any milk?
That doesn't make sense. I'm sure when you wrote it out it sounded alright to you, but dude WHY on earth would they continue to showcase a product when the products chief engineer now works for you, and probably/more than likely designing a new product line for you. That's only logical. Just out of curiosity, how many companies have you been at the forefront in business decisions?

Neglect SL? Seems they have all the help one could need. Going to finish making the DIY clutch install video, and that will be my contribution for a while.
You being witty is cute, but don't concoct the posts and my statements to make invalid points.

First, like I said before, I was curious as to why ZPI's items are no longer offered through turbochargers.com. They can still be pumping out the ZPI kits as they were for the last 3 weeks while your "chief engineer" is hard at work on the next best thing<insert joke here>, unless they ran out of stock.., no, wait, that can't be it due to the fact that they never have poop in stock to begin with. So, from a business perspective, it does not make sense to cease making his bread and butter that put him on the map in the first place, before a replacement is in production.

Second, to answer your question, I am at the forefront of two companies, one of which I am the sole decision maker and consult with another person in the other. Now, to come back to my initial point, unless there are any legal, administrative, or other issues with a similar effect that would prevent turbochargers.com from selling ZPI kits to supplement their greddy and turbonetics kits is not a business model I would implement considering the cost on those ZPI kits would be nothing as opposed to the others since they are made in house.

Last, I am glad you are handy with online dictionaries but your little switcheroo with my posts only demonstrates your intense effort to side step the topic at hand. If you would put them back in chronological order and consider the time at which they were written, they would make perfect sense. So instead of a word, I have a term for you:

Reading comprehension - "Reading comprehension is understanding a text that is read, or the process of "constructing meaning" from a text. Comprehension is a "construction process" because it involves all of the elements of the reading process working together as a text is read to create a representation of the text in the reader's mind".

Most intellectual properties belong to the company, or owner of the company though. So if Danny is the true owner of ZPI, then all of the ZPI designs, patents, and ZPI branded products belong to him, and no other company would have rights to sell, or make them unless they were autorized by him. Perhaps that is the reason they no longer show up on the turbochargers.com site.

^^Now that makes sense and thats what I was trying to confirm. Just seemed strange that turbocharger.com removed everything ZPI around the time of Danny's and Kenny's meeting.

I live down the street from Kennys parents and there has been a lot of activity there this past week, there is also a white tC sitting in the garage that seems to be lowered and the hood latch is open, but that's all I can tell because it's not my business to snoop around, I can just see in it when I drive by. Not sure if it is his or someone elses car.

^^^That would be a customers car in their driveway. Won't say who's, but I'm sure it will be known shortly. Just not my place to say!
