I.E....I work on cars in my work shirt. The shirts I use to get dirty in happen to say AEM on it. If I quit and start working for another company, my shirts I get dirty in still say AEM on them until I get new ones to get dirty in.

Just merely conveying that just because you saw me working in the AEM shirt means squat about the current legal/financial/and intentions I would have at the new company.

Well, Im willing to bet that the things that arent being discussed in this public forum arent things that will lead people to believe that kenny is some sort of saint. The fact that people have been getting the run around by zpi for years now should be a bold enough statement to say that this was a predictable outcome for zpi from day one...due to so many people being out of money, I wont be the person to say "I told you so". But lets be honest here, is everyone that naive that they couldnt see this happening eventually in the future? Also, its funny how you see some of the zpi camp is still protecting kenny's interest like he is family, but then again, theres also some people that were zpi advocates that are now wishing that they had listened to the masses from day one and are kicking themselves in the **** now that they are out of a huge chunk of money. After hearing statements made by former employees stating that people werent exactly getting what they paid for really puts a bad taste in my mouth. What happens when the guy that paid for a built motor tries running 15psi through the block thinking it has been fortified and will be able to handle that increased cylinder pressure like its a walk in the park?? What was zpi gonna do? Hope to god that when he blows the motor that he brings it back to zpi and not another shop so that the customer finds out that he paid all this money for a stock block, and not to mention, probly waited a good amount of time to receive their "zpi built" motor. Thats such a shady way of doing business , and karma is a b!tch and it will eventually catch up to kenny, as it is doing so already. Anyone who continues to buy parts from kenny is just a moron no matter how good youve been treated in the past, just for the fact that you are supporting a criminal crooked thief that has ripped off handfuls of people from the same community as you, all people who share the same interest in making their scions faster. Buying parts from Kenny is just supporting his criminal ways of running a business.

I refuse to believe that they wore those shirts because they had no other work clothes. You mean to tell me that the entire ZPI staff along with Kenny wore the shirts in a new company that anyone can visit and see them due to a lack of work clothes? I am willing to bet that at the time they were still trying to promote the ZPI brand. I am also willing to bet that anyone that visits turbochargers now will notice that there is no longer any ZPI coordinated clothes. Every explanation you seem to offer is circumstantial (2+2 as you call it)

You have also yet to answer as to why anything ZPI can not be bought from turbochargers.com web site all of a sudden, yet another web site still carries them.

 

TC.com knows whats going on. Other companies probably haven't gotten word yet. Golden eagle didn't know (but they know now) and race engineering was under the impression that just the name changed. Can't imagine where they heard that.

Like someone else said, the parts were probably still in stock on the other website. If so then they would still be able to sell the kits with no problem. TC.com probably just had the kits dropped shipped from ZPI.

Either way what's the big deal if they took it off the website or not? Anyone knowing what is going on and with half a brain wouldn't buy it.

I know travis, they are saints when it comes to the Scion world...everyone should bow down to them cause of their greatness...they have an outstanding reputation of pleasing there customers right? Are you serious bro.... Show me where that happened. INFACT every time I read someone talking about having half the turbo kit, it was because of their lack of knowledge that some parts are "Drop Shipped". Don't even pretend that ZPI was the only turbo kit company to have a customer receive part of their kit, and get other pieces to it the next week.... My boy didn't receive his entire Dezod kit all at the same time either. It came in over time.
