Sounds like its the same thing w/ the engine mounts. I have the email which states that they are done w/ the design and will begin production ...... a few people said they called ( I have just waited w/o calling ) and they say that that email was never sent out ....but we have it. Interesting.

I wouldn't buy a glass of water from you if my azz was on fire!
Best. Line. Ever!

Ok, so let's see what I learned here.

A member of our armed forces preorders turbo.
Turbo doesn't get here before he is deployed.
Person requests refund.
Person very understanding about classic startup funzalow.
Ages go by, no money seen.
Person sees little route but to go legal.
Kenny reads about it and says "well, you took this route, so we'll take care of it when your lawyer calls us."

Yeah. THERE'S a great way to treat one of our soldiers. Playing the odds on whether he'll survive his deployment, are we?

Kenny, we all understand the small business hardship. But after reading this entire thread word for word, I don't find your business practices questionable.

I find them downright disgusting.

Do the right thing, or lose customers. The choice is entirely yours.

That is a good one
And after reading the entire post I second that statement.

You are correct, from a legal standpoint, any information relative to the case that he posts publically will weaken the case. Also, libel does enter the picture here in several instances and does not put JohnnyBlaze in a very strong position.

While this is definately the proper place to post good/bad experiences with a company, something as sensitive as this should be handled offline via phone, certified mail, and legal counsel if need be.

A wise man told me recently, "For 1 negative there are 10 positives" And that 1 negative situation can spoil the other 10.

I've talked to people who've dealt with ZPI and had good experiences. Like any other small company they've had issues (Slow shipping, slow communication, etc) but we all start somewhere. Considering the length of time they've been in business and the naturally impatient nature of online consumers, I think they've done well thus far. I've had a face to face with Kenny and talked with others at the company. All of them very nice, down to earth, and honest people. I really think that if ZPI was in the business of ripping people off, they'd be out of business, don't you?

I think that it's definately too long to go without your money but at the same token the only people who actually know 100% of the "story" here is JohnnyBlaze and ZPI. Too many of us chiming in here where we don't have all the factual data.
This is a complete load of monkey scat! Did you not read Kennys post? And posting the facts will not have any bearing on his case. Look up the definition of libel. Has he stated something that was untrue that can be proven to have caused some undue hardship for ZPI? Kenny was fool enough to post a confirmation for everything he said! ____-poor way to do business if you ask me! The "I'm just a struggling small businessman" cop-out is no excuse for plain ol' sorry business practices. You can be a ZPI fan-boy if you feel you must, but Kennys one stupid post speaks volumes for his business ethics- or LACK OF ETHICS.......

How many bottles of Va1iU/\/\, c1al15 and \/1AgrA have YOU bought today?

How about that "Avacor" to block that "dangerous" DHT from attacking YOUR hair follicles!

A load of crap indeed.

Good luck with your ZPI "Endorsement".

Wow I hope you all know ZPI isnt a company they are owned by some other company and will use that to duck around refunds. Tell them to refund your money or call your credit card company and report a fraud charge. Your credit card supplier will get the issue handled. BUMP for ZPI being loser and people needing to read this

Man I feel for ya. In all honestly ZPI especially after this post should have picked up there sack and owned up to this. Heck if they would have refunded you this post would probably have been forgotten about. Very upsetting to read about things like this... very upsetting.

There is nothing to understand! ZPI ripped him and others off. Once you ripped one person off you should have been banned from selling on this board or posting your products for sale when you dont have them. ZPI took advantage off someone when they couldnt fight back because they were off FIGHTING FOR THE FREEDOM of jerks like the staff of ZPI! Zpi shouldnt need to involve legal counsel they should just refund the money, this guy isnt a bank he was a paying customer now all he wants is his money back witch he deserves 110% back in my eyes. Since all ZPI did was borrow 2400 bucks and not make one payment back on the 2400 to this date!

But now lawyers are involved so it is beyond that point I believe.

No its not. If he gets his refund there is no need for a lawyer. They have already stated they have not been contacted yet. Certified checks provide protection for everyone.
He will probably get the same treatment that Marshall got
