try ordering from scion garage.com...it took a little longer to get my order, but they called my cell to tell me it would be a few days late, and even gave me the new tracking number

this wow dejavu i thought we were talking about tctunerz nah but serousily they made a huge mistake but hey i work in the retail industry and it is hard to please everyone. i myself have done buisness wit them and was very pleased with the experience but sometimes wit miscommunication things can go really really bad but he should of received his refund a long time and those are my two cents

Well.

For starters ZPI aka Zero Point Industries is NON exsistant in the Stage of KY. They were bought by a "phantom" company Mr.Jack,LLC. I've seen this practice done before, its a way to dodge refunds, debts etc that they owe to customers.

I hate to say it but Kenny, your screwed dude. Everyone I talk to in other forums, especally locals really despise you and your business practices.

Maybe if you would quit spending money on SHOP cars and tricking them out, you could auctally pay off these debts! Heck sell that stupid Mazeratti it's a piece of $hit anyways

It's so funny, I was going to do business with you with your stage 1 turbo kit, then after a bad expiernce i had with my strut bar, i said "no" so I found Paul from Dezod.

To be honest Dezod is way better than you. And I'm not just saying that because my car is full of Dezod Products, I am saying that as a LEGIT buying customer! Dezod's practices are so much better than yours THAT is why I keep going back to them because of their CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Good dirt man. Message me, I wanna know the crap on this company. I knew somthing was terribly wrong and ____ was going to hit the fan months ago, but every time I cried foul the zippy banner waivers would talk crap and tell me how wrong I was no matter what I brought to the table. Sad to see a once good company go to crap yet again. Happens so often it is sick. I am pretty large in the subary communities, well a good member anyways. Going to spread the word there and see what they have to say.

and myself and garage have been trying to tell people ZPI was no good for MONTHS.

no one on here EVER listens to the people who auctally have had problems with them.

Sucks man, I actually feel anxiety for there customers. Hate to see crap like this go down. I have also heard some other VERY alarming information such as large companies are dropping zpi like flies from non-payment. But that is just what I hear at the moment and I will not go into specifics because I was asked not to...

I've been saying this forever, but like you said..............people never believe it till they have ben screwed themselves. I warned Marshall and he got screwed and then PM'ed me to tell me I was right............DUH!
