Listen up folks!!!

Keith was not banned for anything to do with ZPI, but for other problems that he had been repeatedly warned about AND ARE NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

See this?

That's the line ending the trashing of mods for what you imagine they did. They didn't.

I don't want to hear ANY more of that sort of talk from folks who have no idea of what actually went on.

Got that?

Good.

Back to Johnny, Johnny's money, and when he will get it back.

Hope you get better quickly, Johnny. Take care of yourself!

Tom

P.S. I'm not the mod that banned Keith, and was a surprised as y'all when I logged on to find he's been escorted out.

"Practises" is an acceptable spelling, so *I'm* not going to change it. If it bothers you, in fact, I'm extremely happy about that.

This should be locked and kept viewable to SL. But I really think this should be continued on ZPI's turf.

http://www.zeropointindustries.net/forum/

Mr. Blaze should be able to provide and update when he gets his money or gets bent.

I would suspect the reason it is here rather than there is because this is neutral territority and the topic can have a life longer than a mayfly, zer0. I doubt seriously if this would have been allowed to go on at their forum, AND that would deprive the ScionLife folk of the visibility this topic deserves.

Too bad 15 of these 17 pages are vitriol and a total waste of electrons - no value what so ever.

Oh, for those with minimal spell checkers: http://www.answers.com/topic/practise

A question that I would like to ask, and that has been bothering me for sometime now is...He said he was out $2500 right?

Last time I checked, the Stage 0 turbo kit goes for $2670 and the Stage 1 goes for $4399.

So, if he was purchasing a Stage 0, then where is the other $170 dollars for the kit? And if for a Stage 1, then he's short $1,899.

This has been picking at me for a while. Did he get a discount? And if so, then I have all the more reason to find this whole debacle a joke. To order a backordered item, get a discount, and then complain when it's not there yet....

I am one of the few who know the "in between the lines" portion of this story.

I think its prolly just a general number and not an exact quote of the amount of money. There should be taxes and shipping cost in there and stuff now too.

I thought the stage 0 went for 2400 after the BOV was removed from the kit. I dont keep up with it all that well.

Charles

On second though after reading that again, I dont care if he got a discount or not. A year is TO LONG to wait NO MATTER WHAT for a product unless you are getting it for free, which he is not. TWO WEEKS is to long to wait for a refund of your money after you request it for ANY reason.

So, if it's $2400, and they took $2500, taxes, shipping cost and other stuff...only comes to $100. I would have thought it to be more expensive than that. That's pretty good to be able to only incur $100 more dollars over the price of the kit.

Maybe you missed the first part where I said I believe its just a general number and not he exact number owed. Its a lot easier to say "2500" then it is to say "2587.62" everytime.

Quite frankly, the amount is a mute point this far into the game. The lack of a delievered turbo kit or refund is now the problem. it could be 25.00 dollars for all it matters.

It's been so long since he ordered it, it was probably $2500 back then. Also, there has been people who ordered the stage0 after him and got it before he canceled.

I'm not bashing the product or how nice anyone is. I did meet Kenny in Orlando and he was a nice guy. I do not like the fact that the *company* will not give the money back. Hell, I bet if that they had no money problems they'd be the greatest company out there based on some of things they've done but I think they might be a little overwhelmed. Maybe they should try for a government grant/loan and hire some more people (after paying Johnny his money) to help rectify some of the problems like shipping, support, and production.

Johnny, hope you feel better. I know that is probably more important to you then anything right now.

Things are being set in motion to do just that. I have spoken with Kenny and Keisha on more detailed levels, and I'm aware of the steps they tend to take, to be a more productive company, and focus on increasing their customer service. It will happen. No one said it would be easy though, but they will get there. I won't let them Let me down... They are trying to free up things here and there, and thus creating a cushion for the business to expand and grow. All in due time. And the personal conversations between them and JB is just that, personal. So, we will see what's to come.

That's great they're doing something. I'd still really love to see them give the money back and make some kind of update addressing this and their future plans. You know, just to retore some faith in people. I'll be keeping an eye on this but out of respect to Johnny I will keep out of this and just check in to make sure he's doing ok and got his money.
