Thanks for the kind words vito, I appreciate it. I'm just trying to get this taken care of as swiftly as possible. Without going into the details of the current matter at hand, as a moderator for this forum I am trying to help resolve this and get back to our lives as normal, which is why I have remained unbiased in the whole matter. BUT on a personal level, Kenny and the whole ZPI crew has taken care of me several times with out even having to. They have sent me parts...over nighted if they had to...kenny himself even flew down to me and personally tuned my car because no one else in Houston could/wanted to attempt cause of the drive by wire system. With that said it was difficult for me to stay unbiased in this matter but I have. So I took steps using my "diplomacy" persay to help get this matter taken care of as soon as possible. Has it helped? I dunno, and we will find out soon.

I highly doubt he flew to you just to tune your car.

Do you know how hard that is to believe when he won't even pay someone back the money he owes them?

he did come there to tune the car...I think Peteyd had to pay for his trip there and back to do the tuning which is understandable

Ah, I didn't realize that he had to pay for the entire trip.

You mean the one kit?

Where is the announcement and why do they need one just do the right thing for people that would be much better than a anouncement.

Read the thread!
I did and maybe you did not...

I paid for his plane ticket. and that was it everything else kenny flipped the bill for...including another tuning for an xB he did for free. the guy had his own custom turbo kit..and kenny did a street tune for him for free.

I dont think that helped the issue in this thread. If they would have posted proof of the refund or sent product. Then things would come to rest...

This thread is about JohnnyBlazed not getting his money back in like forever. The only question I think needs to be answered in this thread is did this poor SOB get a refund??????????????????? If they get this guy his money and straighten up their business practices, I got no further beef with them and I think this could be put to bed. Why is this so hard? We got to look after our own. If any one of you got took by someone like this I would do anything I could to help you out. I am not a fan of shady anything. The guy comes on here and fesses up that he owes the guy the money and how tough he has had it and all.......All we really want to hear is that this guy gets his money. The truly sorry part of all of this is that it is so simple to correct, yet ZPI makes it so difficult. Surely they have the guys phone number- simply call him and let him know the money is being sent and then FOLLOW THROUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone can understand that businesses run into problems and things happen, but good communication can resolve most of these issues. When you continue to tell someone something and it never comes to pass, well, they have a definition for this action; A LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!!They know how to make it right, the question is WILL THEY?????????????????????

OK, guys and gals, this topic is SUPPOSED to be about Johnny getting his money back, and only a very few of the posts in 19 pages if posts have ANYTHING to do with Johnny.

I'm going to haul this topic into the back room and clean it up.

When I'm done with that, it will be two separate topics. A nice short one about Johnny and his beef with ZPI, and a whole lot of griping by some others, in another topic.

Once I have 'em split up y'all know what to do. If it is something constructive to say about Johnny and his problem, it goes in that topic. If is is NOT directly about that, it goes in the OTHER topic.

Don't make me do this twice. (I shouldn't have had to do it once.)

This topic has been separated from Johnny's, and is now, more or less, ablut every one ELSE'S experiences with ZPI.

This is sad that it's even reached this point. Thanks for keeping it together, T.

I can NOT believe that you people still have BS to say about ZPI! If their trying to do right give them a freaking chance before jumping in with your worthless 2 cents. You guys are ridiculous and the biggest bunches of whinning babies. If they don't pull through like they said they would THEN start talking more, but give it a rest until then!

Since this topic has been here for a couple weeks, and there were a couple of months before it that JB was waiting on his refund, how long is an acceptable time to wait for a product that is a year over due and a refund that is months over due on top of that before someone "jumps in with their worthless 2 cents"?

Im just curious when a good time would be?
