I never directed that post directly to you or anyone in fact and i never called you out as the e-thug. So it is none of my business whether you consider yourself an e-thug or not. Plus no need for the attitude I have done nothing but given you comments bout your turbo adventure if you recall.

All I'm trying to say is that about 2 months ago they weren't "the company to watch out for".. Now, I would say they are, but not at the time when I ordered my pulley.

Some people (including me) didn't deserve this, no matter what you think.

Sorry but you are misinformed. Sciondad had the Turboeast ESK which failed due to Turboeasts lack of communication with Sciondad and Kenny so Kenny ditched the efforts to work with them and has moved on to concoct his own using the emanage ultimate which is the one i have and not the one sciondad was using. Sorry to correct you, but i thought you shoudl have the right information. You can find Sciondads post regarding his Turboeast ESK experience if you do a search. I will be the first to have a working ESK (that i know of).

Believe me, there were WAYYYYY more positive things on this board about ZPI then negative. I wouldn't of purchased the crank pulley if it was the other way around.

I agree with whom ever posted earlier that everyone jumps on the bandwagon when something negative is said about ZPI. My boyfriend and I purchased a Stage 1 kit from Kenny and have had NO PROBLEMS. I agree that the money should have been returned faster, but some of these posts are just ridiculous. I mean saying that Kenny and ZPI were hoping that the original poster would be killed in the line of duty so that they wouldn't have to pay him back is ABSOLUTLY ABSURD! Why would you even say a thing about someone that you don't know or that you've NEVER met. People need to get a life when it comes to responding on here. If you don't have personal experience with ZPI then don't put in all this "he said she said bs" it's childish!

I half way agree with you.. It seems like BlkSandPrlTurbotC started really getting on their case right about when they went on vacation, so they have no way to defend theirself.

I'm not saying that blksandprlturbotc is making all of this up but I think he is going a little over board with the "I'm ZPI's worst nightmear" stuff.

I'm far from a ZPI supporter, but the only problem I've seen from them is shipping extremely slow. That sucks alot but I'm not going to think they're the worst company in the world because of that.

I also agree with this.. If you haven't had a problem, then don't add fuel to the fire for no reason. If you have, tell us all about it, but don't have your friend come in the thread and back up everything you said for no reason.

^^^As far as all of that, that was already discussed and taken care of in another thread. Do a search it's not what it says. Read into things before you post as well. Some of you are the biggest group of idiots.

This can definately turn into a big "black mark" for ZPI seeing as the Internet is a very virulent place. Personally, my decision to do business with ZPI was based on some testimonials from satisfied customers, face to face meetings with Kenny, and also full documentation of sale to give myself a "safety net".

In this case it looks like they've made some mistakes, and yes their shipping needs to radically improve as well as their communication. From what I've researched on this thread and others, while unnerving has not swerved me from doing business with them at this point. There are a lot of unhappy people, and as FrankenScion said, the negatives always outweigh the positives. This is always going to be the case in consumer affairs.

I have a feeling no matter how many good experiences people have with ZPI, others will always remember the bashers/haters and the people who've experienced legitimate neglegence. It's a losing battle it seems at least in this situation.

If you don't want to do business with ZPI, then don't. Otherwise it's just a dead horse being kicked around with this topic. I hope Johnnyblaze has his money returned and ZPI resolves the situation be it via legal counsel or not.
