I've been on this board for a long time now, and I can honestly say I saw 85% positive threads about ZPI.. and 15% negative. That was until about 2 months ago (right about when I ordered my pulley).

Just because I missed a few threads with negative comments doesn't mean I asked for it.

I don't really care if you think it's funny or not, because well, you're brand new to this board and one of your 1st posts makes you come off as an a$$hole, but when it comes to some of the other people in this thread who are trying to sell some of the same products that ZPI offers.. If they think this is funny then I think their customer's have to watch out also.

this whole situation is getting out of hand on ZPIs part AND the buyers part. One person stands up to a shipping mishap and all of a sudden a whole uproar of "unhappy" ZPI buyers pop up.

And i just feel bad cause Kenny cant enlighten this topic due to his Wedding arrangements in the Keys.

Did it ever occur to you that not everyone reads every single post on this forum?

I guess because I missed a few posts on here mixed in with all the positive comments I'm: "getting what I deserve"?

I guess this makes me a " " too, huh?

If you can get your cash back man, I have more NST pulleys on the way to be IN STOCK Monday. If your still in the market for one, I can have a pulley on the way same or next day after payment guaranteed. Hope everything works out for you.

i would say to 1 unhappy ZPI customer, there are 5 happy ones (all opinion mind you). And why the happy ones dont post idk. Cause all i hear is the negative and i know for a fact there is more positive then negative. Plus with the support of all the "big post-ers" the little guys follow along and start to agree. They may have a reason they may not.

If they choose to refund my money instead of shipping me the pulley then I'll be contacting you..

I don't think I'll have any information until at least the 20th.

Show me how many negative thread there were about ZPI 2 months ago. Go ahead, search for ZPI and sort through all the positive comments until you find one negative comment.

All I'm trying to say is that about 2 months ago they weren't "the company to watch out for".. Now, I would say they are, but not at the time when I ordered my pulley.

Some people (including me) didn't deserve this, no matter what you think.

1 negative will wipe out 10 positves everytime. Especially a $2400 negative.

Starting out page 6 with this, so everyone can see what your opinion is on the subject of people losing money and getting screwed over by a company.

Double I feel your frustration, try to get your money back and buy it off of garage. that guy is a local here and i know him, he's a great person!

I hope all parties involved with ZPI gets everything settled. I am going to go through all my information and relay it to another source

following up on this in ebay terms:
so according to your hypothesis that 1 out of every 6 customers is unhappy....that would leave you with an 83% feedback rating on ebay.....plz tell me the last time someone with an 83% feedback rating was doing well on ebay......cuz people with that rating dont do jacksh*t on ebay. they cant sell a d*mn product.
