I have an 07 but I installed 08 projectors at the same time so that may account for the brighter.

I didn't want to put HID's in my 07's cause I didn't want to blind the other drivers on the road. The projector focuses the light properly, thereby making it brights rather than scattering it in more directions with the reflective material for standard halogens.

The temp bulb I got was 6000k.

I got my headlights off of ebay for less money than getting them through TRDSparks.com. so just check around ebay or here to see if you can get a better deal cause 400 from TRDSparks.com is too much, in my mind, for two headlights.

wow forgot about this thread. I have to say that I've been using the regular HID kit for over a year and a half and it still works like the first day I got it. I'm sure the new ones are just as good though, if anything better.

Bump for a great product

Sorry to hear about the car going "crunch". That's a dang shame. Oh well, time for a full body paint job. Jesus to the rescue!!

btw- you planning on participating in this year's AKPsi golf tourney at ASU's Karsten course?
