ok what if I have all three lights on and the car runs fine?

It may be a pre-warning for a bad MAF.... I got all three lights and right away my car ran bad. Needless to say no matter what you should take it to the dealer if you have all three lights. Keep in mind I am told that those three lights will come on simultaneously with a lot of different problems.

I was advised of the same thing ( three lites coming on simultaneously) by the Toyota Service Department.
