Take it back and explain your problem (in proper English, NOT whatever you used to post that travesty of a paragraph).

Also, if a dealership puts rims on your car without asking your approval, they can NOT legally charge you for them. If they try to, tell them to talk to your lawyer. But it would be highly recommended that you tell them to remove them before accepting your vehicle AND contact their general manager.

But if they can produce a signed receipt or any other evidence that you DID sign something for those wheels, they can charge you, EVEN if you failed to read all documentation.

Plus, you can always go to another Toyota/Scion dealership, since recalls are handled at EVERY authorized dealer anywhere in the country.

If it is a true Toyota recall, then YES you can go to ANY Toyota dealership to have it fixed.

Recalls are Year/Make/Model or manufacture date specific, NOT dealership specific.

So any Toyota dealership should be aware and willing to perform the necessary recall repairs at no cost.

lol... I just called my sis bf joe from chicane tuning. Yes i know it's mustang they have nothing to do with scion cars. But i asked him about the clutch squeeking. And he said It's the Throw Out Bearings. It needs to be fixed. Cus' i barely step on the clutch and it would squeek.

So i want to know if Toyota can fix this under warranty? I didn't change much on my car, but to lower it and Intake.

Thanks for the help~

Lowering springs and an intake should NOT void your tranny warranty.

It could be your throwout bearing, but try to find where the squeek is coming from. It may just be your clutch cable or the lever on the tranny if you have a cable clutch (are TCs cable clutch or hydro-clutch? I think they're hydro clutches being so new).

Just put it this way, the warranty can not be void on the part unless they can PROVE that the modification(s) you made are the cause of the problem(s).

Many car dealerships will just say that an intake will void your warranty and dismiss you b/c you are a young person. Don't let them push you around, tell them you know that the burden of proof in regards of the cause of the failure lies with them, if they can PROVE that lowering your car and putting an intake on caused your tranny problems, then they CAN void your warranty.

They can also refuse to service your vehicle if they witness your mistreating the car (like they see you racing it at a dragstrip); but even in those cases they have to prove that it was your car racing.

oh hey thanks alot your really helpful. I gotta hate those damn dealers! They like to rip you off... Although it's their job. My car is fine now actually, I heard the squeeking one cold morning. But when i got off work i tried pressing my clutch and it's gone. And as for now no more sound! Phew i'm glad. I don't "really" abuse my car like that. In fact i don't race in drag strip, though only ONCE. When longo toyota had that event. I'm still mad or annoyed by those eerie noises inside my car... Even tho "they" fixed my moonroof preventing it from bursting... Still I hate those sounds.

I dont really open my moonroof all the way cus i feel it slowling my car down lol. I just open it where it stops when you press it. (did that make sense?) lol anyways... Thanks for your help... Next time i'll watch out for carson toyota.. maybe they don't like me? Cus i have www.norwalkscion.com on my side windows. small though, cus im with scion Image and norwalk suppose to sponsor us. LOL i never went to norwalk for maintenance.. but maybe i should! hah... Im out my boss is like behind me... eeep >_<
