Default Oil Level

Anyone else having problems measuring exactly how much oil is in their tc? It seems no matter how many times I pull the dipstick out, the oil line on it seems to be in a different place. I think the dipstick is hitting the sides of the metel chute and getting oil on it from that. Anyone have any helpful tips to getting accurate readings?

I don't think I've even looked at my own oil level... Sad. I used to check my old vehicle religiously.

Paid scheduled maintenance is nice...

Yeah, jrv I know what you mean. I've had that problem too. It just takes a few tries, but sometimes you get a good reading. However, I would also like to know if there is some 'secret' out there to getting a truly accurate reading every time.
