Default Rattles and misaligned skirts..................

ell, half of my rear skirt is slightly warped - I took it to the dealer and they said to stop by next week and it'll get taken care of.

The rattle, though, wasn't recreatable when I was there. It resonates from the center of the dash - and seems as if vibrations from the engine when idle are causing it - if I tap on the accelerator pedal lightly, raising the RPM just a tad, it goes away........... Anyone else have this type of rattle?

others have had the skirt issue (if its waht i think you mean) its pretty adjustable and you could proboly do it your self.

as far as center console rattle.. im wondering if they put the head unit in sloppily or something since yours is one of the first they installed they might have mest a little.

neither issue seems too bad though. just ask them to pull the headunit out and check.

after re reading this post i see alot of crude commentary possible. so lets just not go there.

It covers much of the rattles-front and back areas.

the front dash rattle is from the bezel around the speedometer. Try holding it with your hand when you hear the rattle. I put a few peices of self stick padding behind the bezel and it went away. As for the rear skirt, i had the same issue, and it seems that there is a body clip that is sometimes missing from the center. I went to the dealer, and they gave me one 4 free and i snapped it in and voila , PRoblem solved!
