i thought that too, thats why i went to the dealer to buy the fluid but the guy didn't know or didn't want to tell me, i don't trust them to take my car in for service anyway, unfortunately its the only Toyota dealer in town and the closest one its like 200 or so miles away and yeah it squeaks when the car is stopped or moving, I'll probably do an alignment (its been a while since last one) and ask the guy about it, my Tc its 06 and it has about 36k miles

The belt tension should be a separate adjustment for the power steering and if it makes noise as the steering wheel is being turned then is sure sounds like a slipping belt - try is on snow or sand or any really slippery surface and it should slip less squeel less and you might even try jacking up the front end and make sure it isn't something in the rack making noise. Most likely it is just a loose belt - let it go too long and the pulley will wear and get polished and then it will always slip and squeel - happened to my alternator pulley on my last car.

where can you get this{ Redline 75w90NS } i went to pepboys and advance and neither had it would napa have it?
