No thanks, my Nano wax works fine for under 15 bucks.
No thanks, I'll stick with my conviently located goods at autozone, Autobacs, target, etc. Seems pricey for a small amount, even if it lasts 3yrs or so...............unless those samples prove me wrong, ..........then I'm all for it.

You car has dark paint so I would suggest ZFX and Z-5. The Z-5 will do a great job preventing swirls and light scratches. I find this best for daily driven cars.

I sent them an email and Sal Zaino wants me to call him tomorrow about getting samples. I'll post what he says.
Any word on the samples? I'm curious about Zaino as well but would like to first try it before I buy.

So if I email him, I could probably get one free sample bag? If I see a difference, meguiars, sorry, but I'm now a Zaino lover,

I am in love with the Meguiar's Clay Bar. You can buy a whole kit. It comes with a clay bar, caranuba wax, and detailer spray. I do the clay bar, then use a buffer with the caranuba wax. After that I use this stuff called Ice. It's amazing, plus it smells terrific!

If I have time, I use Zymol Cleaner Wax after a Wash, then put on the NXT wax after.

Zaino all the way. Totally worth the money if you are fanatic about perfect shine and durability. Once you use it you'll become addicted.

Zaino FTW! I used Zaino first on my 2001 civic and I was floored. My girlfriend one day made the comment that she was watching the dog outside by looking off the reflection of my civic while sitting in the living room. My car btw needed a bath it was not very clean. Point is the shine is amazing. The Clear Seal is a god send. It will last about 7-8 months. Beleive me I would rather use that than wax every 2 months.

Anyway, I feel it was worth the $$. If you just want to start out I would reccomend, ZFX, Z-2 (higher optical quality than Z-5) , Z-6 and clear seal.

It's not cheap but it is WELL WORTH IT in my opinion.

Wow, the first SG that I know that does her own detailing (I think) and shows off her work.

+1 for that

Nice shine though.

i use maguire's too. i do the clay bar every 6 months, and i wax once a month. i wash it thoroughly, wipe it down with quick detailer and use the cleaner wax as a base with a coat of gold class to finish it. that seems to work well enough for me.
