Abortion should be legal. Whether you are against ever having an abortion or not, it should be legal. Every living human female deserves the right to choose what to do with their own body.

its not a baby yet, just a mass of tissue. only slightly different than a non-malignant tumor.

 

Sure their own body, but not the person's body who is residing in it at the time. Those two lives are completely different. Abortion is murder. Do I have the right to decide whether a woman should have the right to end the life that is residing in them? No. So, in that case I would have to say that it should be legal, but I don't think abortion is right.

but when its because the girl doesnt want a baby then no, cuz I feel as tho she should have thought of that before she let herself get pregnant.

what if one of the babys that had been aborted long ago would of been a doctor and found the cure for something.

no in the end it shouldnt be legal but if its cuz of rape then yes I believe the person should have that option

I think 1st term abortions should be legal, but if a woman has an abortion, regardless of the reason, she should be sterilized.

Why sterlized?
You have to draw a line in the sand somewhere, because I don't think women should be allowed as many abortions as they want.
I realise some women will be raped, and don't want a rapists child, but you can't be in-and-out of court with a rape conviction in less than 3 months(and that's not even appeals). again, you have to draw the line somewhere i think.

She made the mistake to become pregnant in the first place. If she didn't have to open her legs, she wouldn't have a baby in her. Understandable?

As with rape.......there are so many people that would love to have a child but can't, so they have to adopt. If I got raped, I would have the child and put it up for adoption.

And now I have to go to work for 8 hours....I am excited to see how this topic will blow up!!!

So popping one out just so u have a clean conscience (sp) without ever loving it is more HUMAN than "killing" it while it's still not a fetus?

 

Do you know that a 5-month old fetus was delivered last month and is alive and well today?
Legally, that could have been aborted.

Just a point that it's not black & white.
