Example;
I think of tree. In my head I have a certain image of what a tree is. I say tree to you, you hear the word but your mental image of 'tree' may be entirely different than what mine is.

That is probably the biggest gap in verbal communication that humans encounter, we all know the words (usually), but they can mean very different things upstairs.

 

I hope I'm not being too vague, just trying to condense without bogging things down in here.

dhl is dirt cheap and gets there faster than ups seem to for me at least.
