Lil Wayne is the best hip-hop artist! and nobody needs to say Jay-Z's name for Longevity. If you say your retired and you come back your just corny.

This is the best Lyricist that I have ever heard rip the mic! Also is Houston's most overlooked artist.
If you want to hear a real lyricist, you need to look this man up. I from the H and love all music, but all the music coming out from Houston is what i consider pop-rap.
This man has been dropping albums since 86......but the radio wont play his music cause he dont talk about grillz and cars and all the other BS that has ruined hip hop today
