tc4italy... hey now, cut me some slack, I'm at work and actually working.

I wanna know where all the other girls are?

This is the first one to actually step in it...

We will see how fast it goes down hill now. I was nice about it too, I had to retype my post 3 times before I submitted it. this poor guy is off his nut if he really believes that.

i don't really believe that, but i love the simile. i have a great girlfriend and while all she wants any fuel sipping automatic, she doesn't give me too hard of a time with the money i spend on my car.
i base my dating methods from my tragic lack of successful dating in high school. they love the attention, they love the attention. i got great message from his one girl on a date when she flipped through my cd wallet, put in good charlotte and played "girls don't like boys, girls like cars and money" and wouldn't return a damn phone call or go on a second date...stupid _____, she even asked me for 20 bucks for an emergency, dye her hair for our date...never saw that money comeback. anyway, once i got tired having greedy girls go out on one date with me and burn a hole through my wallet, (i fogot my wallet, or i don't have any money on my debit card whatever). i quit looking for women. it was like paying for heart ache. the girl i'm with now i could see had a crush on me from the first day she saw me, and so i played it cool like, yeah, your nice, but i didn't try to clean up my act and behave a certain way around her, i figured that if she wants to like me, she has to like me for the way i am, an immature video game, anime, car fanatic with a tri-polar disorder that makes him prone to wild mood swings. she still liked me even when i displayed my worst tendencies, and now we love eachother. i love my current gf, she is very low maitenace and has no problem with my tc being my all consuming habit.

Well said... and I am glad to hear that you don't buy into all that other crap

Women are by nature evil creatures (not all of us... but there some who do give the rest of us a very bad name). I am sure you are one in a million that could tell the same story about that "girl" who screwed them over... You made a statement about liking you the way you are nand not changing for anyone, that is the way it should be... If they love ya, they love ya.

In my experience I have found that guys no matter how old for the most part don't ever fully grow up (I live with one of the biggest 2 year olds on the planet - but I absolutely adore him and all his crazyness) and there is nothing wrong with that. He is the one who runs around telling the world "if you never grow up you never grow old". What matters is if you are responsible and are good to others, especially the ones you love.

I wish I could tell you that it gets better when you get older, but unfortuantely it does not. People are people... I have always said that you have to kiss a lot of toads before you find the prince, it works no differently the other way around. Just keep plugging away, if you don't already have that right one, she will find you at some point.

Oh and a high maintenance woman should be able to take care of herself first and she should never expect anyone else to do it for her. I am very high maintenance, but I have and still can maintain it all on my own when I need to.

lol, just for kicks and giggles

women=time * money
time is money, therefore
women= money^2
money is the root of all evil so...
women=evil
i don't believe this, but again, it is funny. ironically, my gf's name is ivelisse (e-va-lees) and if you switch the first i and first e, you get (dun dun dun!) evil-isse lol

Ok seriously after being on this forum for a while it seems to me that all girls in america are freakkin gold diggers????? wtf?

I paid for my ex bf's (well back then bf) education. I bought him food and helped with his rent OUT OF MY OWN HEART. Never was I asked for money. I did it because I wanted him to finish high-school and get a job and wanted him to put something in his stomach besides air.

Why does it always have to be this remmark that drives me crazy: women cost money, or i don't have a gf now so i can mod my car or get a gf and yr car will die.

I will never understand this

this is very tru.
i am independent. have my own job, money, and i go to school.
i dont need a boyfriend so i can say "yes, now he can buy everything". it doesnt work that way. at least not for me.

if u think money is gonna determine the relationship ("having" to buy her things) then u dont need to be in that relationship at all

its funny, i know that all the $$ that my bf spends on me (that he doesnt have to...i offer to pay for things and he says absolutely not most of the time) he could do so much with his car if he didn't use it on me. it kills me sometimes but you know, thats what he wants to spend his money on. i pay when he lets me or when i force money in front of him lol (i have a full time job, i can pay for myself or for him also). it's really nice but at the same time i feel bad because its his money and he should spend it on himself but i guess i should just accept that some guys are just like that...they treat their girls like princesses and you know what i appreciate that and will never take advantage that. my ex did that for me for the first few months but then the next four 1/2 years were all downhill from there so its really hard to accept the situation i'm in now cuz i'm not used to being treated so well. i just know that especially when it come to holidays and special occasions i tend to go overboard on gifts and try and spoil my guy so i dont mind when he does the same, it just doesn't have to be like that all the time. women really should appreciate a man that takes care of them because thats not everyone and you should equally treat him as well as he does you and it doesn't have to involve spending money either. i love my bf just as much when we are just hanging out laying around watching tv together as i do when he takes me out to a nice dinner and a movie. its just spending time with him that matters. money does not always = happiness anyway....it's nice when you have $ to do things but it won't save a ____ty relationship. i def believe though that gold diggers should be shot. i appreciate everything i've ever gotten and i never EXPECT it.

Case in point my frist bf was filthy filthy filthy (ok u got my point) rich, showered me with gifts all the time paid for everything even though I'm from a well off family he wouldn't let me.

The last bf dirt dirt dirt poor no money all the money he made barely made rent (sharing with his mom in a brazilian ghetto area) could not buy me gifts could not take me out etc etc

Ex bf # 1 = treated me like crap
Ex bf # 3 = treated me with utter care

so there ya go GIRLS does NOT equal MONEY, BOYS who give gifts DOES NOT mean nice person

i am not calling all women gold diggers. i was just sharing my sarcastic remarks, there are gold digging women just like there are men who are bums and mooch off their gf's. but i'm pretty sure some gf's get mad when the see the receipts for the amount of money we car lovers spend on our cars, that is why we choose to get the car before the girl enters the equation, why? not necessarily because they cost money, but how old would it be that we can't afford to go out anywhere because we went broke buying bells and whistles for our car? the girl would get probably think that gets pretty old pretty fast. i mean, i have to draw a budget for how much i have to save and when to buy partially around my gf's bday, cause i mean, how lame would it be to say "i love you baby, happy birthday, all i have is a card cause i just spent several thousand dollars on my supercharger, come on, lets go for a ride!" sounds pretty bad doesn't it? true, the thought that counts and i could i don't know, whittle her a presnt or something, but honestly that is why guys probably want to finish modifiying their cars before they start dating.

as for thread jacking, this thread is about girls and cars, cars will let your spend money on girls, but girls won't aways let you spend money in cars unless she appreciates what you are trying to do, there, now we are back on topic! lol
