Default For creatine users...

I was wondering if results would show if I use it and dont lift weights but I just do regular excercises (push ups, sit ups etc...). The reason for this is that my dads bench press and all of his weight lifting systems are not set up yet and I will have to wait about spring break to help him set it up. Thanks in advance.[/u]

Creatine will help, but you really should be hitting the iron to really see what it will do for your body.

Creatine provides your muscles with more short term energy - but that is wasted if you do not exercise them. If you take creatine you should push yourself even harder in the gym. The idea is with more energy you should be able to workout harder. A harder workout leads to increased muscle mass.

I would like to emphasize that creatine will not work if you are not properly hydrated! It relies heavily on this, so you must drink tons of water, if you want optimal results from it. Super hydrating your body will also improve your weight room pumps tremendously!

It is NOT a steriod and does NOT affect hormone levels. It is very safe with no side effects.

You def will blow up if you take it in conjunction with a heavy workout routine!

^Exactly. Well said. Creatine is fuel, but YOU have to do the work. I would also recommend a high-quality whey protien shake for after the workout. It helps the muscles to rebuild and repair.

^^^I concur with this man. I am on a nitrous oxide product, protein, and ammino acids and I have toned up and put muscle on in a short period of time.
