Ro_Ja, it's a little bit of both. Some honest discussion of what might be done and admission that both sides have good points. Agreement that the mods were not being ogres, but simply doing the jobs they get hated for, and a bit of batting the breeze as both sides learn enough about each other to recognize both sides are human.

I don't see this as time wasting, and it really isn't that far off topic or off target.

If Pete does come back legitimately (instead of making yet another ID), it won't be "right now."

If nothing else there will be a period of time required to reinforce that we really mean it - follow the rules or you're out.

What the mods should understand is that with Power u are always gonna get hated for actually USING it. That's the hard part bout having control over ur friends. Like if u were a manager at a job and had to fire ur long time friend b/c he wasn't a good employee. Well outside of work he is gonna be ____ed that u fired him and hate u cause u had the power to do it.

We don't hate the mods for doing what they did, we are just requesting that pete come back even if he is on probation for set amount of time.

I think it shows how great our community really is when so many people get together and form a band to try and bring back one of their colleagues.
