Default I HATE UPS

Not only do they fark up most packages in one way or another that they deliver, they take the day AFTER Thanksgiving off!

That screws up all my plans this weekend, because ground that left Thursday should have been to my place on Thursday, but because of the holiday its would be Friday. Since Sparks sent it via UPS instead of DHL ground is now 8 day delivery!

If he would have shipped it Thursday with DHL, it would have been to my door on Wednesday, not Monday of the next week because UPS sucks!

Not Sparks fault, but man I wish people would stop using UPS! Use DHL, a company that expresses care about the packages you ship!

Man I HATE UPS!!!

-end rant

Thanks. Where are they at, I am on the site all the time but I don't pay much attention to the regional part of it.. I should.

I'm on my 2nd TC. It was going to be done Monday, but now since I won't get my suspension parts until then, I might have to push it back a week.

I'd still have to wire in my sound again but that can come later since the TC actually has a half way decent system from the factory.

Know the deal.... Still have to mount my roll-bar and wire some things as well this weekend.... If you are installing springs, I can help... done two already and have all the tools, but the spring compressors, which you can rent at autozone...

Check for meet and greets, as I'm always looking for another tC owner to talk mods with...

They are still better than USPS. LOL My wife ordered something from Blair and after a month of it not swowing up, a new shipment needed to be sent. After that 2 weeks later the original shipment showed up and needed to be sent back. That's pitiful.

DHL is great. I live in a shady part of chicago... well somewhat shady and USPS takes my packages and throws them over my gate. I'm surprised someone hasn't stolen a package yet.

I know of what you speak but in a different way.... They leave my packages on the front porch without me signing for them or anything. I too am surprised they have not grown legs and walked away.

well i got one for you, i orded a set of billet specialties 22 inch rims for my denali last year, and they mysteriously disapeared between the loading dock and my office. weird huh? well i called, they said they did not know what happened to them. Now get me wrong is 4 identical 23x23 inch boxes that hard to loose? Well, i figurred they were stollen, which it turns out the driver had them in his house, he was arrested on theft, not only did i get my $8,000.00 for the rims back from the insurance from fed ex, they (police) gave me my wheels too.....it took 3 monthes to get it sorted out. Problem is during the holidays, they use private contractors........and it seems theft within fed ex skyrockets at christmas time. go figure.

The ups van comes to my work about 5PM give or take. I leave at 5PM so it's fairly regular that I see the back of the truck open as I walk past. It is inconceivable to me how all tha packages are just piled up in the middle of the truck and the driver is just tossing more on.

Or should I say the driver is just a tossing moron.

well, let me add to the rant... i ordered a new laptop, 2 day shipping, checked their website for the tracking, it shows it being delivered... wtf!?!? called them up and they admitted delivering it to the wrond address, even told me where they delivered it... how in the &^%# do you deliver a package to a different address, it has the right address, and they deliver it to a different street... i will never ever use ups again... airborne express, fedex and ups all can @#$%^&*&^%$#$%^&*!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What would have REALLY been funny, is if the next day you would have seen the FedEx truck
in your neighborhood rolling on 22" Billets!

here's an update:

and I still don't have it... what's even more screwed up, I get deliveries via UPS all the time... The driver knows me... I bet he was sick that day... I still can't figure out how you deliver a package to the wrong address when the label is correct, the computer has the right address, and you bring all the way on the otherside of town...
