Whell a girl did hit me yesterday. I broke up with her two weeks ago after a one and a half year relationship, and yesterday being two weeks after the break up she found out I hooked up with these two chicks and i have two dates to Junior Ball. She pulled me aside in the hallway and was _____ing and im like..ok we broke up..its over then she walked away as did i, but after i took two steps she grabbed my arm turned me around an i was met with a punch in the face along with another then i grabbed her arms held them down and said "WTF is WRong with you" followed by her kneeing me in the Ballz. I said i was going to file a police report but when i told her that she said she was going to file one for rape.
um Help!

Yeah...well I can understand a smack in yr face with the rage/humiliation of the moment but punching

 

yeah she's insane.

 

If she files a rape case even if you are innocent you are toast. It's a poopy situation to be in.

 

uhm now that she said she was gonna scream rape, i would tell someone that before you make it known to her.

if NY is anything liek md, you can have any accusation of rape that she makes (if your found innocent) completely wiped from public record. Not even an employer can access that.
