sorry couldnt post this in general discussion. (mods please move) but i NAILED my interview at UPS today! its for a "plant engineer" job, basically ill be fixing the conveyer belts and stuff. i applied on craigslist to the san fran location, but got the san jose location. it pays...get this....$27.40 to start, then after 1 yr it goes up to "full pay" which is $36.50/hr...plus i get FULL benefits from day one AND i get a $1,000 allowance a month for co-pays weather i use it or not! holy crap.... ha who says you need a college degree to make more than 50K to start? damn im excited!

*edit* i have to edit my post cause i cant reply... to the last poster... thanks, your one of the lucky ones then. i know a bunch of guys with a 4 yr degree who cant find a job cause no one wants to hire a entry level person, or their field just isnt hiring...
