So all the animals on the ark had perfect DNA?

Also, how did the kangaroos and koala bears get from Australia to the middle east?

My guess? They mastered the art of flight. Or, Noah duct taped wings to them.

Back to my question, is that true?

Are you speaking of this question: "What about what Cromagnum man evolved from/into? Homo Erectus from/into?"

or this one:"Why do I keep staying in this conversation?"

-- How did marine fossils end up in the mountains?
--simple, the land masses were pushed upward by seismic activity. Thats how mountains are formed. Land that was once below sea level is pushed above sea level. Remember that huge tsunami just a year or 2 ago? In a matter of seconds, entire parts of the ocean floor were pushed up in some areas by 35- 40 feet.

Is it true that if you were to select a group of people and keep them away from humanity for at least 10 generations, and only interbred between those individuals and their children, that eventually, those people would have such a different genetic code that they couldn't breed with regular humans? Am I thinking of something from a movie or does that sound familar at all?
This one. I can't remember if this is true, or just some weird movie I saw.

I doubt that it's true. FYI, it's never been proven for obvious ethical reasons, but ape and human DNA are enough alike that there's nothing prohibiting an ape/human half breed.

now your not making any sense.
kangaroos do not really exist. they are a conspiracy created by the "Roo" bar companies to sell their products.
besides, animals dont have DNA; or souls

Dear Lord, please tell me the ape/human thing was a joke. If you are serious, then you just lost any respect I had for you. If you are joking...

I'll never tell....

Seriously tho, I did have a prof in college that made that claim, and that part is no lie at all. But I do know that we share a considerable amount of identical DNA code, in fact, fairly close to 100%. But no, I don't think there could be a humape offspring (although there are some people I've met that an argument could be made for the idea)

As far as the 10 generation isolation thing, I still doubt that is scientific fact. Just think about how isolated some people currently are today way out in the Andes, and other far away places, and then imagine how remote they were 5000 years ago.

You know, its probably been tried already. Some weird scientist whos tired of trying to make up skeletons to prove evolution, just gets tired of believing in something that dosen't make sense, and says, man, I want to make a ape/human hybrid.

Hes probably messing with the DNA right now.

at least that scientist is making progress with DNA research. Priests sit down every week thinking of things to say to make people feel guilty and how to make more money.

They are doing a great job of finding those missing links too right? Good thing the Fossil Record proves Evolution. I was so happy for you guys when they showed the world the missing links from different species to homo sapien. You really showed those creationists! Especially the fossils of undeveloped lungs and fins transforming into legs and arms!

Oh, wait, over a hundred years since Darwin came up with the "theory" and no real progress has been made. Oh, Silly me, I sometimes forget that scientists can't prove evolution, and even with the hundred million or so fossils they have documented, and still they have no proof of water animals developing lungs or arms or legs.

Always comes back to the hypocrasy of religion. I told you guys that the widespread hypocrasy in modern religion is the main reason you don't believe in creation/god. And you guys prove my assumption all the time.

Catholicism helped start all major wars. I love those pictures of catholic priests blessing WW2 soliders, like the ones in germany blessing the axis troops, and in america blessing the allied troops.

I guess I should say that they at least contributed to every major war since the crusades.

Oh, wait, over a hundred years since Darwin came up with the "theory" and no real progress has been made.
Uhm, yeah, trying to be nice but, this comment just shows how little you know.

Good thing the Fossil Record proves Evolution.
It does.

Oh, Silly me, I sometimes forget that scientists can't prove evolution,
They can't prove gravity either, only observe it, just like evolution. There is zero debate on the subject in the scientific community. Zero, zilch, nada, zip. The theory (which means a wide body of knowledge, not outlandish idea to explain something as the entertainment industry portrays it) is currently and has been used for many many years to explain and predict almost everything in biology. It is fundamental knowledge for any biology field. Again, no debate whatsoever.

What do you think, they all read from the same book written 100 years ago and keep refering back to the same book for their proofs and evidence? Please, scientists leave that action for another large dominating group in society Darwin's book was just the launching pad, since then, hundreds of thousands of scientists have worked independently on the subuject, in tens of thousands of different scientific niche fields, wrote articles for peer reviewed magazines. Which means there are other scientists, completely independent of the original author verifying the data, and process used by the original author, and sometimes comming to a different conclusion, which just opens the door for a reproduction of the experiment by somebody else, or a symposium, IOW a debate follows until the strongest idea comes forth.

Sure you can prove gravity. Drop a pen from 3' up. See it hit the ground? Bam, Gravity.

On the other hand, I know that there is no debate in the scientific community. Does that prove anything? No.

They believe in something that they don't have evidence of. Show me undeveloped lungs or legs or ears or arms or gills. Show me the "missing link". Show me reptiles evolving from dinosaurs.

You can't. Why? Because those fossils don't exist. If evolution happened, then why dosen't at least 1 skeleton show undeveloped lungs or arms?
