been having quiet time in my car for the past 3-4 weeks now its pretty nice really, no music blasting away no talk radio...

just me listening too my engine and exhaust note is all the music i can listen too

who else does this besides me???

 

I just got my sub back in after a couple weeks without. It's been pretty loud in there lately.

 

Hum...I get turned on by the sound of my intake!...Makes me feel like I am going 100MPH...Quiet driving is cool though

 

i just listen to howard stern over and over.

 

i love the humm of my exhaust and intake, after header that'll be orgasmic!!

 

I am a pain in the butt to everyone who rides with me for a couple reasons. First, I turn up the music when we're cruising, but always turn it down just a little bit when we accelerate at a stop light just so I can hear my car haha. Second, I have my windows down all the time, unless it's raining, and I don't use my A/C because I don't want to use gas.

For me, it just doesn't feel like driving if you don't have the windows open. If you can't hear the car or feel the wind around you, how can you get a decent sensation of how fast you're really going? (don't say speedometer) Once or twice I've just closed up everything and sat there with no radio and tried to drive. It takes all of the energy out of the practice. Plus, I burn up without A/C haha!

I've routinely had my windows open in 40-degree weather. Maybe I'm crazy, but it sure makes me feel alive. Plus, heat is free. :D

 

yep im guilty of this too, its nice to have quietness , just listening to the exhaust...

 

i always drive with ac haha .. its too hot if you dont ... unless its nice outside then ill open my windows ... but i dont think ive used my sunroof for like 2 months ... oh well, i like the way my car sounds too

 

I've grown to hate loud music when in the car just because of people sitting in front of my old apartment blasting their music until 5:00am causing me to lose a ton of sleep and I constantly hear the thumping in my head. I just love how quiet it is in the tC with the windows shut and the AC on, it's relaxing.

I'm sure that will change once I get my exhaust! LOL

 

i typically always have music on in the car, and 50% of the time windows are down all the way. however, i do like to turn off the music sometimes and just listen to the sweet mechanical music. however, i don't really know what to listen for in terms of my intake ... i think it's broke .. dunno whatever.

 

yeah the sound with the addition of a header is GOOD!!!
