Are you kidding? Ever hear of the Bacon Explosion, or the Breakfast Taco, or the BAK-47? 1 lb of bacon is nothing compared to those. The MINIMUM in those recipes requires at least 2 lbs of bacon.

Now, I've actually cooked up 1 lb of bacon strips and made a bacon sandwich. Mmmmmmmmmmm bacon.
