Default Tirestar in georgia. Don't go there!!

I whent to Tirestar to get the TRD springs installed. After being there all day they did not install them right I start to hear noises every time i whent over bumps. so, I take it back to get it checked and they tell me nothing is wrong. But i knew something was wrong. I decide to take the car to another shop and they tell me the springs are not seated like they suppost too be, and when they lifted the car the rubber that cover the shock just fell off. Im taking the car tomorrow to get everything redone.

Tirestar sucks!

Wow, they had it all day and still messed it up.!!! Me and my friend Jeremy did mine in about an hour and a half, without ANY prior knowledge of suspension. Mine rides nice and smooth too.

Sorry to hear about your luck, are you getting any money back from tirestar

Damn heads would be rolling I'm glad I've never been there I usually take my car to the kauffman tire on dallas hwy. there pretty good just real slow.

I would still try to get them to give you your money back, like threaten to take them to a small claims court or whatever.

I'd post on a make/model specific website somewhere and ask if anyone would be interested in having a tech day at my house, and I'd provide soda/water and light snacks, maybe even pizza. Heck, even invite a few other cars over that might need some stuff done too, turn it into a party.

But that's just me.

Seriously, taking your car to a place that works on every brand under the sun compared to some dedicated enthusiasts is a risky proposition. Heck, you probably could've done the work yourself too. Just takes basic hand tools. There's no voodoo involved.
