bad kid when i grew up. but i could control myself. hung out with the wrong crowd and realized i f'ed up. and then when i met my ex i changed and stopped all that crap. been clean from drugs and smoking for a good 3 years! i would never go back to those days

^I agree most of us are too young to remember when smoking was allowed just about EVERYWHERE here in the States. They used to have ash trays at the ends of every isle at the supermarkets.
I notice in social settings I smoke A LOT and at work...on breaks of course lol, but when at home I might have one, but it makes me sick???. I've been smoking for over 10 years and now am starting to have some affects from it like shortness of breath and coughing, but that might be from allergies. I have always taken the moderation approach with cigs and am glad that it's my only addiction, I don't even drink coffee.

nope, just cutting back. Good luck on quitting. I did quit cold turkey for 2 years a while back but only because I had to go through a training academy. Running definitely helped me to quit, it hurt too much!
