Congrats and good luck tC4italy. I smoked a pack or more a day for over a decade. Technically, I will never say I am quitting smoking. Cuz then I won't. I'm just not smoking at the moment... for a long time now.

Excercise and water helps alot.

I don't have a start date, but roughly July will make a year. After awhile the hardest part is when you drink or hang out with friends. The only solution I've found is that I'd rather drink than smoke anyway... so I drink more, which has it's own consequences.

Other than that, the other times are when I wake up, after a good meal, and come playoff time if the Yanks are in it.

That last one is hard, cause baseball combines everything- I'm with friends, drinking and eating, probably gonna pass out, and then I have to wake up. :/

jaw issues? I don't know why but I found that hilarious. And no, I wasn't smoking anything
