hmm give it some time. What about other symptoms? Having mood swings? is your appetite way up? That was a problem for me when I quit smoking, I was always hungry. your body might be trying to get rid of it in other ways. are you crapping alot more than usual? I know that sounds stupid but it happens to some people.
LOL actually that has diminished =/
other symptoms: sore tongue/throat, hot/cold flashes, dizzyness

Yup. The only thing cooler is being an AIDS infected Heroin junky.

Everyone smokes in europe and since i'm european...lol there doesn't necessarily HAVE to be a reason. I guess socializing?

I stopped for health reasons.

^I agree most of us are too young to remember when smoking was allowed just about EVERYWHERE here in the States. They used to have ash trays at the ends of every isle at the supermarkets.

I notice in social settings I smoke A LOT and at work...on breaks of course lol, but when at home I might have one, but it makes me sick???. I've been smoking for over 10 years and now am starting to have some affects from it like shortness of breath and coughing, but that might be from allergies. I have always taken the moderation approach with cigs and am glad that it's my only addiction, I don't even drink coffee.

nope, just cutting back. Good luck on quitting. I did quit cold turkey for 2 years a while back but only because I had to go through a training academy. Running definitely helped me to quit, it hurt too much!

Smoking is for the weak. Waste of time and money. Glad to hear you're still smoke free, C.
