thanks.. nope its not an external flash. its the flash that is already on the camera when you buy it. the diffuser just goes in front of it like this.

They go for about $45-50 new on eBay. I'm buying the 200AW when I get home, but I need the bigger bag because the 3 lenses I will be carrying (70-300, 18-200, 10-20) are massive.

i have the 100AW and love it...it fit my flash, xs, 55-250 (attached), 50, 18-55, cords and other random stuff with room to spare...

going to make it fit my 30D, 70-200 flash and 50 now is going to be tricky haha
