Sounds like my 35mm and I will be best buddies this month.

 

So what time frame are we doing? The remaining 25 days of this month? Or a full 30?

That would be cool, but some parts of the country don't have Fall per se. Even here the colors don't start until early November. Plus leaving it open may help with participation.

 

lol some parts dont even have a fall.....in texas we have summer and 3 months of winter

bad thing about bodys is they dont hold their value like a lens unless its a really high end body like a d3. i say throw it up on ebay. what canon body u going with?

 

^ I just posted it on eBay. I'm open for offers. I'm also in no hurry to sell until I find a Canon body. I'm either going to pick up a 60D or a 7D.

Jasper pick up my 5dii! I had gear envy when I started and with my mom's husband and his extensive lineup I got gear envy and picked up a 5dii through the CLP for 1700. Now I am way over my head with my gear and am having trouble shooting now. I learned the hard way I guess.

 

How much do you want for it?

 

right now i'm more interested in a 7d plus cash. I spent a lot of time with my 50D and the 7D would be a good compromise. I sold most of my gear. I'm down to 5dii, 24-105, 70-200, 580exii. I'd rather see if I can get back into it or if i just ruined the hobby all together.

 

I ended up buying a 550D just to get my hands on a Canon body. I must say, it's pretty awesome for a small body. I miss how big the D90 felt in my hands but I'm very happy with this camera. Now I need to build a lens collection. I'll worry about picking up a better body next year some time.
