Clutch will be shipped with tracking Monday as soon as my Paypal is refunded not an issue man everything's chill I just want everything right had it been what it was posted as from the get go none of this would have happened but mistakes happen as long as they are fixed its all good

Thats exactly how this clutch was sold to me off ebay when I bought it - youve seen pictures of it, HELD IT (could of said soemthing at that point) and then resold it to someone else. I am waiting to see what paypal says, Ive completed my transaction with you - and you sold it to someone else - you even admit those are the same ones on ebay in your email from your dispute. So lets let paypal figure this out - I sold you what I sold you, you agreed, and then even sold it to someone else. Its been out of my hands for two owners now, and I dont know what you guys have done at this point.

 

A store also doesn't mislead a customer into thinking they are getting something that they are not getting but I will consider it the earliest it can be sent put is Monday man if its an honest mistake I don't see the issue in refunding the money and then me shipping it out to you I'm being chill here there's no reason for the hostility a mistake is a mistake as long as its made right

This is plain and simple you sold a product falsely thinking it was something else I bought it and resold it without evening looking at it a week later because I had no use for it my customer recieved it today and pointed out that it wasn't a clutch masters clutch at which point I refunded the money instantly like a good seller would do that is where you are falling short instead of just refunding the money and getting your clutch back and being done with it your making it complicated and not just refunding me my money your going to draw it out and make me have to use Paypal to do it which is wrong. It's plain and simple I paid $225 for a clutch masters clutch that is not what I got you should refund the cash and get your product back but you don't have any intent on doing that or you'd make it simple

Tagged had the Clutch for only a day or two before boxing and selling it to me.
Tagged is a new-b to cars and didn't know the difference in the clutch untell I noticed it and called him on it since he has made it right.
The clutch was not what YOU said it was the original seller.
Tagged has made things right and refunded my money that's what a good seller dose witch you clam to be... would do the same.
I have the clutch I can mail it to you not a problem.
As soon as I opened the box i knew it was not a clutch masters.
If you do not wish to have the clutch back and refund his money im sure paypal will be more then happy to disputed it.

 

i hope you get what you deserve..either way karma has a way of catching up with people...hope its worth it

 

Pete, calm down, you are just making this harder for everyone else by stirring things up.

Right now we have four people all talking at cross purposes, AND we apparently have a gripe filed with PayPal. Once a PayPal complaint is involved, all everyone can do is wait for PayPal to come to their decision.

Once PayPal had made their decision, then only those people actually still involved with either the clutch-in-hand or the money need to take it to PMs or email.

Josh, that last post of yours didn't make 100% sense - was there some sort of mess-up in the quote(s)? (I'm guessing PayPal returned money to Tagged from Torque and now Torque wants the clutch back? If so, I assuming whoever has the clutch - which is not totally clear - will ship it back?)

In the mean time, I'm closing this thread. This sort of four cornered argument really has no place in the PPC forums.
