Default The big move... (might need a shove in the right direction.)

WEll, lately i've been thinkin... thinkin i should make the big move down to AZ. I'm just a little tired of utah and want something new.

But before I go to far i would need to find a job paying at least 10 an hour or more and a place to stay. I also was to continue my college education. so if anyone has ideas or some info let me know.

Thanks!

Well for starters, hopefully you have someone to take the drive with you so you can switch off driving. We drove up there and back just a few weeks ago and i drove straight through both times because my wife doesn't know how to drive stick all that well yet. That drive sucked. I think a good idea would be to start doing some research online for places to apartments or houses or whatever. Doing research on jobs online would be good too. Then, take a mini vacation down here so you can check it out for yourself instead of just looking at pictures on the internet. And as far as continuing your education, theres plenty of schools around for that. Maybe when you come down here some of us can show you around so you can get a better feel of it all. Have you been to AZ before?

Come to Tempe, you'll be by ASU and Mesa Community College.

What kind of work are you looking for?

no i've never been to AZ before. I had a realitive that lived in pheonix. i'm not sure if he still lives down there though.

As far as what kind of work i'm looking for, i've been either in sales or something computer related. although like i said i'll do construction if i have to.

Also i'm gonna try and get some time off in august to drive down to AZ to check things out. just not sure when.

You should check out Phoenix at the worst part of the year to see if you can deal with it. Come down and visit in mid August.
