hey so hows the progress?? havent had time to stop by since i went like a month ago...

 

its been pretty slow, the city has been a pain in the a$$. the cafe next door is staying open later to keep the business going. I was just there and it was packed. There was a small line waiting for tables but on my way out the line was gone.
They also started cleaning up inside and tore down the 3rd floor, well most of it. but the city is on him to make him update the building to the new set of regulations.

yea i know, thats what i figured. i was over there back in may, stayed over there for a week. i was mainly at popano beach staying at a resort
