now i know most of you on SL are new, but to those who know me and that ive been around since 2003.....
my time has come to say goodbye. for the past few months ive been debating selling the car, and the car will be sold come march/april. i have not had the drive nor passion to build the car or race it recently. with my parents extremely ugly divorce and them putting me in the middle of it and trying to own/operate a business i have just been drained completely. and with the only thing that gave me the bit of happiness i needed now gone from me, i have decided to leave SE and the scion community all together. i have enjoyed the time spent with those in the club and those i met at the many scion events over the years. hopefully i regain that drive i had for cars and racing and you may see me at a track sometime in the future. but for now to avoid any issues at meets or gatherings i will no longer be attending them
so to all those i have met, i appreciate all the scion love and wish you all the best

Dave I'm very sorry to hear all of this. If there is anything I can do to help, or assist you in anyway, you know how to contact me. Even though your done with Scion, SL, SE (maybe as a club, not as friends I hope) we are still friends, and I hope to see ya and chill in the future.

yeah, the clutch went saturday..had to spend all night putting one in
and since im gettin rid of the car im not gonna buy a new one, so oh well

and zach, im selling the car, leaving the club, but not leaving friends

I think that's the toughest part, mine just officialy signed theirs this friday. Its bad enough to know they split but to be in the middle of the fights is even worst.

I think you were the very first person on SL who took me under "his knowledge wing" and had LOTS of patience with me. Thank you for that and for all the helpful advice.

Can I still bug you with questions!?! haha

As a person in the scion community, I am sorry to hear all this and I hope things work out for you and get better. I am glad that you are sticking to your friends, I know that I would not be where I am today if it had not been for them.
