Pretty much just take it to a shop that would quote the insurance company for the "OEM parts" but give you the upgraded ones under the table. It just depends on if you trust the bodyshop enough to do that stuff for you. Don't ask the insurance bodyshops though.
(I've never done this, being an honest man. However, my friends have done this many times.)
