This might have Something to Do with it...

Be glad your not in Cali, the State of Confusion, Restrictions, Emissions Controls
and No State Money:

Feb 20, 2008 ... The independent Legislative Analyst Wednesday announced that California faces a $16 billion state budget deficit next year...

Which is Larger than some Countries National Deficits...

If they want money, then they should go after the people who hold those "blue plaque" card that has the disabled picture on it. I thought the rule was to have the disabled person with you when you use the card. BLah!! They can get so much out of that one! Plus it's too hard to fight that so yeah.

I kinda knew something like that was up. Thanks for the info.

Man that sucks. I have to drive especially slow now because automagic doesn't hide noise very well.

It totally sucks, but I hope the fact that I only have small stickers, I hope it wont be a problem; scionlife stickers on each side, SE stickers on each side, and on passenger side I have a sticker from scion united. You would think my hood and center gauge pod would scream "pull me over" but it hasn't been a problem.

(last week) I was driving past Century 20 and a cop car in front of me pulls up and starts tailgating the dude in front. Cop gets impatient and changes lane (no signal, cuts off another driver basically) and starts 'gating another guy. After about 10 seconds he puts on his lights and pulls over the guy. Not quite sure what went on there, but I'm slowing down during my In-N-Out trips from now on...

Note: Dude wasn't a even a Scion, but I think it was an older white Nissan or Toyota. Clean and had a little bit of a kit.

No cops are as bad at harassing import cars as California. Haven't you heard, we have no crime to worry about out here; no illegal immigration, no gang bangers, no drugs, no auto theft, no murders. I could go on and on, but since we have no crime at all, it doesn't really matter.

I don't mind if they go after the drivers with sh1tty habits to clean them up, but some of these cops I've seen lately just plain crazy.

Well funny thing is if they give you a ticket to go see the state ref, im hearing your case will be dismissed...

Cali is so low on funds they closed the state ref stations aka the bar.
