I still have my set sitting in my garage.... you should come down for a visit and I can help put yours in with you!
Man that's a long drive. I'd have to plan far ahead in advance. And in closer to tropical conditions.

I have my tC sitting in front of my desk, and I haven't even bought a power source for them yet!

If they are geared right, you can tone down the torque significantly, which allows them to not spin as much and it takes them longer to get to speed, but solves the traction issues... keeping the right tires for the surface helps a lot too... I've found some really nice foam tires which should grab really well on smooth surfaces...

It's the handling issues that really get tough at the high speeds... really getting good front control arms that tone down the possible movement of the wheels to give less turning ability and disallow spinning out all the time... and stop the horrible movement of the front and rear wheels... as they flop around like crazy...

It can be done... oh yes.... It can be done

well honestly i have a lot of work to do on my real tC... so if you can make 50 mph on the xmod then go for broke dude... mine goes like heck on pretty much any surface accept perfectly flat and smooth and i have gotten the handling issues down to it makes sharp turns if it really needs to about 50% of the time with out spinning out... of course that was also when i used to mess with it all the time and now it prolly just spins in place cause i havent driven it in a while and have forgotten how. but yeah... 50 dollars towards xmod = radiator hoses... or a air diversion panel... or frankly 50 dollars towards any of the other things i wanna get done... so im tryin really hard not to get distracted... hey does anyone think there are repercussions for existing on ramen noodles all winter?

I lived on Ramen noodles mostly for like a year and a half when I lived on the ship and couldn't handle their nasty food... I turned out ok...

I'm quite sick of spending money on my real tC, and since this is like spending money on a real car, but at about 5 percent of the real cost, I'll play around with this to save me some cash...

I have to wait for Miami to see if getting the new xB or the xD is worth getting rid of my tC for...

Yeah, this is for us supergeeks in the PNW! , I'm not sure about drifting, but I'd love to get a race track and have it at our SL events or M&Gs.... There are different cars, you don't HAVE to get a Scion... and in researching... the mods are almost as endless as with our real cars....
ive wanted to make one. ive even got a how to book on it haha. theres not enough people to justfy getting one though :/

The G35 is last year's model, should be cheaper. I've seen it as cheap as $30, but should be no more than $40.

But just like a real car, the mods/accessories will make you keep spending money

Dang it, whenever I go to radio shack I tell them "there should be a Scion xmod, then I'll buy one" of course I meant the XB not the TC... oh well, I will probably have to get one of these too.
