Dear Microsoft,
I am soo tired of Xbox Live forcing me to listen to the trash that comes out of some of these people's mouths. I feel I am just as entitled as everyone else to have an enjoyable time when using your service that I pay for. I seriously wish you were more strict about the language rules. I can't even have my kids in the same room when playing without headphones....ugh....same thing goes for new Call of Duty MW2 on PC.
I doubt I will ever understand the need to talk smack or talk ish to people you don't even know.
I'd like a refund on my remaining xbox live membership.

Sadly the utility right of ways are pretty much fixed where they were when cables, conduits and pipes were first laid. There is no economical way to move the utilities (it was done in Seattle for some of the bus tunnel stuff, and it cost millions per block).
As they change the streets, move lanes back and forth, expand roadways, etc. the manhole covers to access the utility vaults stay exactly where they were - directly over the utility vaults.
Makes for a mess.

Dear phone carrier.......
Thanks for totally wasting my day today......all I needed was my phone changed out because the earpiece speaker is so crackily I cannot barely understand my phone calls.......
So I go in to the store.......and after explaining this......mind you it was early morning........you give me a card with a website to goto to order replacement phone........
Cool........then I go there and it directs me to the store I just came from to goto to get it repaired or replaced.......
So I go back......not in good mood now......just to be told I should of come in this morning when techs were not swamped.......ummmmmm......I was there this morning when you opened.......and you couldn't of taken phone then.......
So I go to order online.......per your second set of instructions......then I am told I have to pay $50 to get a replacement......what......why am I paying full insurance for the thing then.......
So I finally get that ordered.......and get a text that my phone service will be cut off if payment is not made.......what......I paid my bill 2 weeks ago......so after being on hold again.....for over an hour I get a person who transfers me to hold again........just to finally get to a person that says I need to bring in my bill,and copy of bank statement to show I paid but was not credited.........
Meanwhile I still can hardly hear when using the phone.........holiday weekend........and then have to wonder if the phone I ordered will even work when it gets here........
So in short thanks for the crappy service today,complete runaround,and otherwise some of the poorest customer service I have ever experianced......
Honestly how do you stay in business with such poor customer service.....I have a simple problem and have never had to go through so much to get a 5 minute fix done......simple....phone broken.....get new one......make new one work......hand to customer and tell them thanks for their business.

^what carrier? I went into Verizon as I am due for an upgrade and got totally talked over by the salesman who did not listen to a thing I said just said DROID DROID DROID! It was great tho it went like this:
me: All I want it a "dumb" phone that is a slider, has a camera, and bluetooth capabilities...basically just like mine but not broke...
him: But this phone gets navigation!
me: My car already has it...
him: You can DL music to it and listen to it any where!
me: I have an ipod...
him: You can DL tons of ring tones for free!
me: My work requires my phone to be on silent...and I usually always keep it that way...
him: You can browse the internet any where!
me: I have 3 computers, 2 of which are laptops...
him: You could sell all of those items on ebay and get this like everyone else
me: But I already have those items and they work just fine. Plus if everyone else is selling all of this on ebay won't I get kinda screwed on what I end up getting?
him: uh...well I guess you're just not ready for the future...

On a high note.......I finally manipulated the website to be able to order a new phone......they are next daying it to me.......sad part is had I just been able to get this done at 9am when I started instead of 6pm.....it might actually be here tomorrow........lol.....so I am guessing Monday at best now.....
Yeah the Android woudl be a great phone but I too only use phone for work,well for the most part.......
I got computer,navi in car,ipod....well two ipods......wifi......the works......just want a stinking simple phone till I get to September when I can upgrade to Andriod for free.......
But on a good note......the new phone they are sending is black instead of the blue I have now.......I like black lately.......it will match the car.....lol

I've had Sprint for over ten years, and while they DO have their moments, overall the pricing and service has been good. So long as I have zero contact with their customer service folks I'd rate 'em high... I've had cellular service since 1984, and have had service from all the major carriers. I'll stick with Sprint as long as I can.

Please stop hurting... i try not to do to many weird things to agrivate you.. i know the weight is an issue... but im trying... you know how hard it is to go 99% soda free the last 2 weeks?
I'd really like you to straighten up and not hurt so i can get the air ride ready for the drive down to Reno in a just under 2 weeks can you work with me some?? please..
