Dear scionlife:

First off I would like to appologize. I am sorry I do not give you the attention you deserve lately. I have been working two jobs and trying to keep my life together, and you have fallen by the wayside a bit. I cant promise I will be as active as I was ever again, but who knows. Some of you might know what all is going on behind the scenes and I have entrusted that with you few for now. All I know is that I am in the toughest point of my life thus far and it sucks. They say change is always good...funny thats not what the people say that are going through it.

All I know is that I have plans to be at the Dalles event and Pandemonium...after that I cant make any guarantees...whish me luck all... I will take anything at this point.

hey erik just remember even when your stuck in the middle of a !@#$ storm theres always some light to look for.

just keep your head up and yes i agree that when your in the poop b@lls deep its difficult to see a path, and the people outside always have advice...but usually that because they can think clearly without feelings being involved.....but that doesnt mean they arent right.

hope it gets better...and to be honest you should "NEVER" drop your hobbies and interests because life sucks. if you do it will just suck more trust me man.

Dear anyone that will listen,

I need a job, one to support my family. I feel being on unemployment makes me feel like an unproductive scum on society. I went to school, college educated, but dam if the construction industry is in the tank. I know I do not have the experience, or a masters degree in construction management, but I can talk my way in or out of anything.

We need to make changes in the way the rich continue to get richer, while the middle class gets poorer. I was looking for hope and change, now all I have is bad luck and an empty pocket.

I just bought my scion, and one week later, I get layed off so the owner can put his 21 year old cousin to work. No concern for me or my family, but hell, lets give it to a kid that has been handed everything, like a new Infinity G37 for a graduation present!

 

I know that the Wa St Dept of Agriculture may be looking for inspectors in training to hire. All you need is a high school diploma. Check out the states work source center, fancy name for unemployment office. They would put you into a training program to get the licenses you need, and the training you would need. Just a thought.

OH, and I have to add to the OP about sprint. I had an HTV evo and the they have a foot that is on a spring to hold it up, it broke and I took it in to get it replaced within the 30 day warranty. They did not want to, this is all at the tacoma store on 38th by the way.

After alot of arguing, (they said it was my fault something broke interally) they agreed to give me a new phone. Now here is where the fun begins.

As I am leaving, my 12 year old daughter is playing with the phone and goes ''DAD!!!!! YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS!!!!!" I look and there are naked pictures of a 350 pound woman with blue eye shadow on. I was like holy phucking ____, WTF? I could not go back to the store, they had closed, I was the last customer of the day. I look at the photos, and I can clearly make out she works at walmart in Puyallup, lots of photos and a video of her and a vibrator! they told me I got a new phone, not a used one that a previous customer had returned.

After almost 30 days trying to get out of my contract I get a letter from sprint corporate telling me I will get a refund, and not be liable for my contract, here it is below, just so everyone knows this is not a BS story. Not to mention, I found the lady, and she was going to get an attorney, but I never heard back from her.

I go into the store to return the phone and the manager, named Rodrigo, took the phone from my hand and immediatly tried, yes I said tried to delete the photos and video. I had copied and moved them to a secure folder, because I knew they would try some bull____.

After he put the card back in, he refused to give me my money back. and told me I was a liar and had no photos. This is where I came unglued, I said how dare you call me a liar? I asked the asst manager, you saw the photos, how can you sit here and let him lie. He said that I had to leave the store. At that time I got loud, told everyone in the store what had happened. This guy was in my face, I was waiting for him to touch me, but he did not, they kept telling everyone in the store I was crazy and they were calling the cops. So I showed people some of the photos, not of her naked, but of her in general. even showing everyone in the store the letter, they still would not give me my money back. They had orders from corporate!!!!! How the hell can they not do that?

As I am leaving, a lady comes up to me and says Rodrigo had sold her old phone on craigslist to some guy and did not wipe any contact info out of it as he said he would do. He was nice enough to contact her and let her know that he had her old phone and thought there was something wrong, and was an honest person. Rodrigo sold the phone for $300!!! Another HTC EVO. She was so ____ed that this gangster homie was doing this, she called the cops also. They arrived and talked to everyone, I showed them the photos and they told him, "Son, if I were you, you might want to look for another job, these people caught you." They could not arrest him, but from my knowledge, he is still there. Sprint does not care about their customers and they let ghetto trash run their stores. It is all about money for them.

Sprint is the worst in the industry! If you ever need to get high up the chain with sprint, use the number on here, but be forewarned, this guy is not that smart, he constantly "axed" me stuff. That is not proper communication skills, especially in the executive branch of a company as big as sprint.
