Always been simple to me: a trophy is just someone saying you made someone like your car more than someone else's. So with that in mind...who are you building your car for? You or someone else?

I agree with all the above statements. I build my car for me and only me. I tried to handle the situation but it got waay out of hand which sucks but it happened.

I think everywhere is filled with douches & I can admit I've been 1 myself at some point, who hasn't really. Brian, thank you for the compliment on Ziva.. I feel a compliment means more to me then anything else. I'm learning to be very careful with my wording because no one can tell a emotion with a txt ,internet, ect.

Drama happens...it can happen even when you dont mean it, or even when someone can interpet it one way over the way you meant...i say forget that though, let people think what they want, as long as you are living right you know the truth.

 

I have been known to be a douche at times.......ok.......most the time....

Honestly I don't meen to be the way I am......I at all times inspire to put my best effort forward,I never have ill intent,I will give to anyone who is in need,even if it obstructs my own moving forward.....I always say whatever comes out my mouth,my brain is always going so fast my mouth cannot even translate it at times and some weird crass stuff comes out....like great big giant pumpkin.....I never meant to put Cindys nice very expensive designer dress down....I tried to make a compliment come out my mouth and nooooooo.....

Life is a trip....if you just face each day and only a day at a time and always keep in mind your goals and remember that effort is free,life is short,and ya got nothing better to do so may as well just do it.......you will be fine....

Of course you have to have some very understanding friends who know you are you and today is maybe a crap day and tomorrow it is all new again,unless you like bust one off in the closet at a party with your buddies girl or something like that ya know....

The older I get the more I can see how valued each day can be,I try to not make regrets....I dont always get through a morning with some....but who does......

everyday you complain, everyday you say that my crew messed up something or missed something. when asked about it you say "oh well the tenant did not say where it was" i personally think of it as pure ____. I found myself looking for a job that pays more attention to its workers than to their wallets. (not easy) but i have spent several hours on salary pay working my ___ off to fix the ____ that past managers have ____ed up. all you do in return is say " oh you have to be back in at 7 in the morning after getting offat 3 am and then work until the next morning. last i checked that is about 24 hours of work that your not ever going to be happy with. I kow now why the other manager went to work for the site that is threating me about losing the contract; it is simply because you guys are nymphomaniacs of the work world you are never ____ing satisfied!

Another reason to find a new job is because i got in deep ____ putting my family before the job. and now that i spen 98% of my ____ing time with you guys sick as a dog and ____ing back pain from scrubbing ____ (not literally ____) off of the floors and walls that you put there you say nice try. how about a ____ing compliment if you do not know what that is it is the exact opposite of the complaints you ____s have been giving us.I have to stay awake until at least 9 am to make sure that you guys do not need something from me its getting kind of old dont ya think?

So now i am suppose to appologize for wanting a day to spend with my wife and kids? I am sorry if that does not work with you and sorry that you have all the time to spend with your family but expect me to be on the job 24/7? did you guys not give me a pos blackberry sprint phone so we can communicate? it is pointless to have now that i see i have to be there in person all the time. how about giving some trust here!
