I plan on running e85 soon as well, you just need to able to tune for it and may want to consider a larger fuel pump and injectors at the very least as you will need to flow much more volume. Benefits for a NA motor with bolts-ons will be minimal. For boosted applications it's considered Jesus juice

Plan to have some type of fuel managment where you can switch back and fourth easily between maps then. You can mix but it won't yield any benifit unless you're tuning on the fly. So really it just comes down to your tuning devices, and your skill. Not going to be worth it at all until you're boosted in my opinion but if it's something you want to play with by all means go for it. Is there anyone else running a n/a 2azfe on E85 that you know of? Would be cool to be the first.
