Default LED Turn signals

I've been doing some info. searching for this & haven't found a real answer..
I hear that if I change my turn signals to LED's they will do rapid blinking, which oddly is what I'm after.. Soo

A: is this true?
B: any LED I install will do this?
C: where do I find these LEDs, anywhere?

Any info will help & Justin, this might be a good question for you...LED master

Its true if you change your stock bulbs to led they will hyper flash because the led uses less current then the stock bulbs and causes the relay to think that your bulb is blown causing hyper flash which is the cars way of telling you that you have a burned out bulb.
There are 2 places that I shop
www.vleds.com -have alot of stuff but pricey
http://www.autolumination.com/ cheaper pay for individual led's

I currently have LEDs in my ride, it blinks fast.

I also had a adjustable blinker set-up on one of my previous cars, can change the blinker speed on the fly.

I think most parts stores have them now, autozone, schucks, maybe even walmart for the most standard 1156,1157 types. Vleds is a good place, fast shipping too as I believe they are in Everett wa. (Correction bellingham.)

The mirror signals are already leds. I used a resistor to stop that rapid blinking on my led signals.
