Total idiocy. What they should be working on is a bill that regulates environmental impact of aftermarket parts. Making sure parts are recyclable or imposing stricter regulations on the manufacturing processes so its greener would make more sense. Banning things is the lazy way to go green and just shows their lack of innovation. Why not ban kids toys. Anyone seen the amount of wasted material in just the packaging of those things?!

Well, apparently, some folks didn't like my thoughts so I'll be nicer so people don't get so butt hurt. People should be able to do anything to their vehicles, whether people like it or not. I personly like my modded diesel...and my xB. This proposed law is just another example why you should never vote for a liberal democrat. They want to strip peoples freedom a little at a time. Funny how we vote for these asses in hopes they represent the citizens but they refuse to listen to the people and try to pass stupid laws such as this. Smart time to try to pass a bill that will send the unemployment rate even higher. Effing dumbasses.

This law would also affect the beloved winter spikey tires. Now how are the people going to get to the ski lodge? This law is totaly stupid. My OEM tires don't grip very well in any weather. I was going to replace them in the summer, but I guess I'll have to wait and see.

Don't think it will happen without a fight.
