Default Headlight Looks Fogged. Need New, But From Where To Buy?

Hey everyone, I'd like to ask the community for some advice concerning an issue I'm facing.

First things first, forgive me if I've posted this in the wrong section. I wasn't sure of where this type of post belonged, but I did my best to choose the appropriate section.

Anyways, I own an 05 Scion tC (2.4L 4 cyl, automatic), which has been great to me for the past two years that I've owned it. Since I purchased it used, it's given me NO problems, that is until now. I noticed that the driver side headlight of my light appears opaque. It's not as transparent as the passenger side counterpart. I found a small fracture running vertically from the base of the light lense, which I believe has allowed moisture to enter in and cause the fogginess. Anyways, I'm just going to go ahead and replace the light, but first need some advice.. Of the two sites that I found online, I can't decide from which to purchase. I'm a bit suspicious that one of the following sites is a scam, since the price for the part differs somewhat significantly between the two. Has anyone ever dealt with either of the following companies and can verify that they are a legitimate business? Thanks in advance.

it can be cleaned. I know there's a few people here that have done it. try that first and save a buck.

If the lens is hazy on the outside, get a 3M headlight refinishing kit and do that.
If the lens is hazed/fogged on the inside, you can bake the headlight, peel back the lens, clean it and reseal.

If none of those options sound good, check eBay, you can usually find stock ones for way cheaper than you'd otherwise pay.
